The mangoes are drupe type fruit and it is one of the most consumed tropical fruits. Nature has provided us sessional fruit which contains minerals, vitamins, and different health benefit compounds, that are required for the ongoing session. Mango fruits contain health-related important phytochemicals and have high nutritional value.
All the minerals and vitamins and phytochemicals of
mango play an important role in human healths.

the body meanwhile damaging the cell). Research link antioxidants to chronic

in developing the Immune system stronger, on the top of this, mango could

anti-cancer effects, it reduced inflammation, colon
cancer, prostate cancer, prevents or stopped the growth of cancer cells, or
killed them.

Mango contains minerals
like potassium and magnesium, which regulates the pulse rate and relaxes the
vessels, promoting lower blood pressure. Mango contains mangiferin is a good
antioxidant, therefore, studies suggest that it may protect heart cells from
inflammation.

phytochemicals, vitamins, and minerals that are beneficial for the betterment
of human organ parts like skin, hair, heart, eyes, blood vessels, and others.

Prefer to consume mango raw than to juice.
